Working Hours:
8:00 AM – 5:30 PM | Monday to Friday
8:00 AM – 12:00 PM | Saturday (Flexible schedule)
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Prospect New Clients: Proactively approach and establish relationships with potential clients to expand the customer base.
- Maintain Existing Clients: Foster and develop relationships with current clients, providing updates on services, pricing, and offering full support.
- Strategic Business Planning: Propose and execute strategies to meet sales and growth targets.
- Order Management Support: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to Growth Initiatives: Analyze market needs and offer insights to improve service quality and market competitiveness.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Up to 1 year of experience in business development, market expansion, or similar roles, preferably in logistics.
- Strategic mindset with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with effective time management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Resilient under pressure, flexible in handling situations, and result-oriented.
