Job Title: CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Handle Customer Inquiries: Serve as the first point of contact for inbound calls, resolving customer issues or complaints professionally to ensure a seamless service experience.
- Proactively Assist Customers: Conduct outbound calls to reach customers, providing service guidance, answering questions, and offering detailed advice to help them choose the best options.
- Build and Maintain Customer Relationships: Actively engage with current and potential customers, understanding their needs and updating them on service information and pricing to create lasting relationships.
- Enhance Customer Loyalty: Collaborate with relevant teams to improve customer loyalty and continuously enhance the overall customer journey, ensuring satisfaction at every touchpoint.
- Deliver Service Updates: Introduce and communicate service updates to customers via email, phone, or online meetings to keep them informed and engaged.
- Coordinate with Sales Product Department: Organize tender and project meetings with customers to ensure alignment and address their specific needs.
- Achieve Customer Service Goals: Ensure all company-set targets are met on time and effectively, contributing to team success and overall company growth.
- Identify and Resolve Order Errors: Monitor order processing within the CRM system, swiftly detecting and addressing any issues in collaboration with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 1 years of experience in business development or similar roles, priority for logistics sector.
- Capability to strategize and execute plans.
- Good communication skills, problem-solving ability, and situation handling.
- Ability to work independently and good teamwork.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel.
